Processing Times
All in-stock orders are processed within one to three business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During product launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are made to order and will ship on or around the estimated release date noted on the product page. If your purchase includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together once the pre-order is ready. In some cases, items may be sent in separate shipments with unique tracking numbers. Estimated ship dates are subject to change if production or supplier delays occur, and any updates will be communicated by email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard domestic shipping typically takes three to seven business days after processing, while expedited domestic shipping generally arrives within two to four business days. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take seven to twenty-one business days. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs procedures, or other factors outside of our control.

International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. Garment Bat is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Shipping Issues
