Returns & Exchanges

At Garment Bat, we stand behind the quality of every piece we release. If your order isn’t the right fit, our return and exchange process is simple and transparent.

• Return Period: Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

• Condition Requirements: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns will not be accepted if products have been worn, used, washed, or damaged.

• Exclusions: Due to their exclusive nature, Mystery Boxes, limited drops, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Exchanges: If you require a different size, exchanges will be provided based on product availability.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of returned items.

Garment Bat pieces are created in limited runs and may not be restocked. Please select carefully when ordering, and reach out to our support team for guidance if needed.
